On Friday, May 31st, 5th-year doctoral student Lauren Bush completed her dissertation defense, the culmination of her PhD program. The project was an evaluation of pragmatic language in school-age children with ASD, FXS, DS, and TD, and their parents during parent-child interactions and exploration into the pragmatic profiles, predictors, and outcomes. Lauren will be starting a year-long clinical internship at the University of Chicago, where she will be focusing on pediatric neuropsychology and neurodevelopmental disorders. Congratulations, Lauren!
