Autism Speaks Employment Symposium
In March 2016, in partnership with Northwestern’s Center for Audiology, Speech, Language, and Learning, our lab co-sponsored the Midwest Employment Symposium at Northwestern University. The day-long event brought together people with autism, families, researchers, business owners, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders and community members to help address employment issues for adults with autism. The action-packed event included panel discussions, employee presentations, business competition, a resource fair, and audience Q&A.
